Not everybody in Harlem is thrilled about Baauer's "Harlem Shake," but the New York neighborhood's most famous man -- Diddy -- says he supports the dance craze.
Baauer's gyrating dance track has become a viral hit after fans began posting video of their own wacky versions of the dance.
Now, Diddy tells MTV News that he thinks the "Harlem Shake" craze is "fun." He says it's hard to disagree with something that makes so many people get on their feet and start dancing.
The rapper and entrepreneur adds that he loves seeing people let loose, "especially in this day and age when everybody's trying to be so cool." Meanwhile, some Harlem residents continue to criticize the dance. Schlepp Films recently published a video on YouTube which reportedly shows people in the neighborhood railing against the song.
