Elle Duncan got arrested ya'll. Oddly enough, it was just a few days ago that another ATL media personality retired after being arrested for driving the wrong way and DUI last year. Unfortunately Elle is too young to retire. "Ballers watch your pockets" because she's a new member to "Baller Alert."
Duncan was reportedly arrested on a DUI charge early Sunday morning after the Hawks playoff game. AJC reporter Rodney Ho obtained the police report which stated Elle was observed driving a silver Mercedes at a “high rate of speed” while traveling southbound on Piedmont Road. She is rumored to have been partying earlier that evening at the Buckhead Bottle Bar.
According to the written report of the arresting officer, Duncan’s vehicle “passed me and began weaving in and out of traffic in a reckless manner. I caught up near to the Mercedes near the intersection of Main Street and observed the driver narrowly miss striking another vehicle.”
Dang, just her luck :-(
